1. About Huntlogic

Huntlogic is a South African boutique advisory practice operated by Shaun Tsatsi. Huntlogic provides advisory sessions, compliance templates, and educational content to SME directors, business owners, and their advisors.

2. Nature of Services

All advisory sessions provided by Huntlogic — including The CIPC Briefing and any other briefing format — constitute general directional guidance only. They do not constitute formal legal advice, formal tax advice, or formal audit advice.

Huntlogic is not a registered attorney, admitted advocate, or registered tax practitioner (CIBA registration in progress). Where a matter requires formal professional advice, Huntlogic will advise the client accordingly and, where appropriate, refer them to a suitable professional.

Compliance templates sold through the Huntlogic store are provided for informational and operational purposes. They do not constitute legal advice and should not be relied upon as such. Clients are responsible for verifying that any document meets the specific requirements of their situation.

3. Payment and Fees

All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT where stated.
Payment is processed securely through PayFast. Huntlogic does not store card details.
Digital products (templates) are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.

4. Advisory Session Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session: full refund less any payment processing fees.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session: no refund. The booking fee is forfeited.
Rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours before the session will be accommodated at no charge, subject to availability.
Huntlogic reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund or rescheduled slot will be offered.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Huntlogic's liability in connection with any advisory session or digital product is limited to the amount paid for that specific product or session. Huntlogic is not liable for any consequential, indirect, or special loss arising from reliance on its guidance or materials.

6. Confidentiality

Huntlogic treats all client information shared during advisory sessions as confidential. Information will not be shared with third parties except where required by law or with the client's express consent.

7. Intellectual Property

All templates, content, and materials produced by Huntlogic remain the intellectual property of Huntlogic. Purchasers of digital templates are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the template for their own business purposes. Templates may not be resold, sublicensed, or distributed to third parties.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Engagement are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
